im here to blog bout this thing which has been in my head all day..
Today pastor preached on e servanthood life of andrew. and he shared on the story of Bill Gates. dat in one of his letters he mentioned.." to whom much is given, much is expected". when pastor preached on this my first thought was of cox spiritually God gave us gifts and talents and we should use it to bless others. However as this verse keeps popping up in my head, Holy Spirit began to tell me dat it's not onli applicable spiritually, but also in my daily life. He began to ask me whose life am i investing the most in now, and who is investing a lot into my life. to the person whom im giving my time, and effort, aren't i oso expecting much more from them? and that's precisely why disappointment comes about. so similarly, for those who are currently adding to my life, they have certain expectations of me as well. and He did not send me here to merely enjoy the blessings, but also to add back to the person.
