cg has just ended. well, today was quite an awesome day. originally thought that it would be a super chiong day. cox after sch got maths remedial, den some chi talk, after which some vice chairman briefing, den badminton, plus meet e parents session. just in case u guys are wondering y dere's badminton instead of canoeing, i decided dat it's a bit pointless to paddle for 1 hour so i didn't plan it in. anyway, things turned out 2 be super unexpected. maths remedial onli lasted for 30 mins instead of 1 hour cox teacher had 2 rush off, all e j1 canoeists are excused from e chi talk, my mother didn't want 2 attend e meet the parents thingy, my classmates replaced me 4 e vice chairman thingy. cool yea? hahahaha!! anyway, since i could go 4 e full canoeing training, i decided to not go 4 badminton. so after sch wei wen and jocelyn followed me home to put my badminton stuff and get my canoeing stuff. canoeing was totally awesome today can!! i can finally not onli balance but paddle a little in a K1!!! yeah!!! im so proud of myself! but my back is still aching from yest's pe. hyperextension row..killer..hahahaha!!
so after all e reshuffling, it was time 4 cg! today was e 1st time i led praise and testimony. i gotta admit i still have a lot of improvement to do. and i believe that i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Amen! oh oh!! and today while i was worshipping God gave me a word. it was ps 23..He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me by still waters. dat this verse talks bout how God wants to commune with us, even as we go through our daily lives, no matter on e bus, in e classroom, God is ever so close and longs 2 fellowship wif us. just like in e verse it says He makes me LIE DOWN on green pastures, He LEADS me by still waters. these 2 actions are over a period of TIME. which in this case means time spent in God's presence. and how're we gonna spend time in His presence? by PRAYER! even a little 5 min prayer as u're going through ur daily routine is very precious to God! so i shared this during worship.. and guess wad?? it's exactly the sermon today! as in EXACT! so zai sia!! whoo!! Praise You Jesus!! hee hee!!!!
tml got canoeing orientation at pulau ubin! im so looking forward to it! and e orientation shirt is quite nice! "feel the wave, eat my backwash" whoo!! awesome tag line!
