PRAISE THE LORD!!!!today's match against bedok south was really a super exciting one! i played 1st singles and everybody tot it was going to be an easy match. cox based on skills, im definately much better compared to my opponent. however, the worst part was that she discovered my worst weakness within the first few shuttles. and she kept placing the shuttles dere. hence i lost the first set with a score of 6-11. the team was in shock and i too was in shock. cox to the team, if i cant win, den wad more chances do they have? so i tried my best for the second set by telling myself," bubu jia you!" and managed to clinch a victory. when i came out of the court, the team was so relived and they offered to pray for me! so after the prayer, i can sense the presence of God all over me. i cant stop speaking in tongues for whole 5 mins! haha!! so it all goes down to the 3rd set. e beginning had a few service overs and little points were earned for me and my opponent. but as e game went on, the presence of God around me built up till my hair was standing!!! it's as if i was in church! or even stronger! im jux so overwhelmed by His presence. and guess wad's my score for the 3rd set? haha!! i did not jux scrape across, BUT my score was exceedingly abundantly above and beyond all that i could ask or imagine... 11-1!!!! whoo!!! Praise The Lord!!!and not onli dat, 3 of the 5 games that my team played were rubber sets. meaning played till the 3rd set. and i will lay hands on dem and pray for their final set. and guess wad? all their 3rd sets were won not jux by a small margin, but they won by 11-1, 11-5!!! PRAISE THE LORD FOR ABUNDANCE! Hallelujah!!!so overall, hai sing won bedok south with a score of 4-1!!!! which is oso above and beyond wad we planned!!! God's Word is not onli true, but it's oso so real to me and my team now. i believe that the team will see greater things coming their way as we embark on this new journey with God as a part of us. Praise The Lord!
