it's chinese new year! nth much 2 do. coz onli got 1 hse 2 visit. my family is quite small n my mother's side family in malaysia. my father's side onli got 1 aunt n 1 uncle. so every year we juz gather at my ah ma hse. this year my family watched movie everyday of cny. coz nth else 2 do. first day wacthed i not stupid 2. it's a veri nice show! bout generation gap between parents n their child n teachers n students. e part where it protrays e teacher wanting his students 2 do well but do not noe how 2 teach dem realli touched my heart.. coz my teacher is also sth like dat. i do not noe if she realli wants me 2 do well in my studies, but wad she is doing is definately forcing me 2 stop progressing. i might as well juz fail my english. e first day of sch i went 2 sch telling myself this year i cannot be lazy anymore!! muz work hard!! so i put on a wide big smile n walked 2 sch. i juz sat down wif my class n eng HOD came over. she "commented" on my hair. her face... woahx.. dat look... buay tahan.. after she walked away, all i could think of is how 2 get back at her instead of how 2 make my hair more acceptable. if in e beginning she would come up 2 me, give me a smile n tell me politely dat ,my hairstyle nids a bit of adjustment, maybe i would feel guilty n becoz her politeness try 2 change my hirstyle. i mean, she juz walk up 2 me n pull my hair lo! if anybody is gonna ask u 2 do anything n they juz pull u n stare at u, would u even consider doing wad they asked? dere was once i was at e food court. i brought my dog along n was juz gonna packet sth home. when i placed my order, e cleaner behind me said," halo! u noe u cannot bring pets in or not!?" luckily i managed 2 force out a smile n told him politely dat i was juz gonna packet sth instead of scolding him back or walking out of e food court. i was thinking, couldn't he say excuse me instead of halo? im e customer leh! things like dat realli piss me off. all they nid is juz 2 give me a smile n ask politely. den i would gladly do wadeva they asked. it's not as if i im not open 2 suggestions. e worse thing is dat e way they asked me left a deep impression in my heart n next time if they asked me 2 do anything, i would remember how they treated me b4.wad 4 make ur life n other's lives so miserable when u can juz give a smile? nvr underestimate e power of a smile. it can change somebody's life! carry a smile whenever u can n those around u would be blessed=)
